Raghoji Bhangare Educational and Social Welfare Foundation
Raghoji Bhangare Educational and Social Welfare Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting education, social development, and community empowerment. The foundation focuses on creating opportunities for students and youth through educational initiatives, career guidance, skill development programs, and social awareness activities.
The organization undertakes a wide range of initiatives aimed at educational, social, and community development. These include competitive examination coaching, career counselling, early childhood education, skill development programs, women empowerment initiatives, environmental conservation activities, promotion of cultural values and heritage, and community development programs. The foundation also organizes medical camps, educational workshops, and social awareness initiatives to promote health, knowledge, and well-being in society. Through projects such as the Raghoji Bhangare Competitive Academy and other educational and social initiatives, the foundation aims to contribute to the holistic development of communities.

The mission of the foundation is to promote educational, social, and community development through the following initiatives:
- Education Development– To promote quality education through schools, academic support programs, early childhood education, and learning initiatives.
- Competitive Exam Guidance & Career Counselling– To provide mentoring, coaching, and career guidance for students preparing for competitive examinations and professional careers.
- Skill Development & Youth Empowerment– To organize vocational training, capacity-building programs, and workshops to enhance employability and self-reliance among youth.
- Women Empowerment– To support women’s education, leadership, and economic participation through training and awareness programs.
- Health & Social Welfare Initiatives– To organize medical camps, health awareness programs, and community welfare activities for the well-being of society.
- Community Awareness & Social Development– To conduct workshops, seminars, and awareness campaigns on education, health, social issues, and community development.
- Environmental & Cultural Promotion– To promote environmental conservation, sustainable practices, and preservation of cultural values and heritage.

- To establish and support educational initiatives such as pre-primary schools, coaching centres, and learning academies.

Every society progresses when education, awareness, and compassion grow together. Throughout my journey of more than two decades in the field of education and student mentorship, I have had the privilege of interacting with many bright, hardworking young minds. At the same time, I have witnessed a challenging reality—many talented students, particularly from rural and economically weaker backgrounds, are unable to reach their true potential due to a lack of guidance, opportunities, and support.
This realization became the foundation of our mission. We established this organization with a simple yet meaningful objective: to extend a helping hand where it is needed the most. Through our initiatives in education, career guidance, competitive examination mentoring, skill development, legal awareness, and social welfare, we strive to create opportunities that can genuinely transform lives.
